Given the opportunity to work together, I always start with figuring out your main areas of struggle, what has been holding you back from achieving your goals as well as identifying any other specific areas of interest for improvement.
We then create a structured path with actionable strategies to ensure you reach your goals, conquer things that have gotten in your way in the past so you can finally look and feel better. By recognizing and pushing beyond struggles in the past, we can create new ways of thinking and being. It is this unique approach that sets you up for maintaining any progress achieved together.
